Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone! It sure was a busy holiday season, just the way I like it. But I'm sure we are all glad that it is over. I am sure we all love the celebrations that are focused on food, but we all know that our bodies are going to take a tole from all of the sweets and dips we munched on throughout the visiting season.

Not only was there delicious looking food everywhere I looked, but we have recently found out that I am pregnant and that doesn't help my self control. When I get hungry, I mean business!!! So now that the holidays are over, it is time to get back on track and feed this baby all of the healthy, nutritious food it needs to develop.

A couple of months ago I met up with Jennifer Castaneda who is a Registered Holistic Practitioner. She provides many amazing services and I plan to provide similar services when I have completed my schooling. In the meantime, we are planing on providing cooking classes that will give people the tools and knowledge they need to create healthy, nutritious and delicious meals for the entire family. Our goal is to have one cooking class per month. The menu for each class will be provided in advance in order to allow individuals to choose classes would best suit their needs and interests. With Jennifer's knowledge and my own, we will be able to share a wealth of information as well as enjoy fun new recipes that your entire family with love.

My question to you is, would you be interested in attending cooking classes? Come with your mom, come with your best friend, make it a date, bring your children. We think that it will make for a fun afternoon, and we would just like to see how many people would be interested.

Please leave a comment to let us know.

Have a healthy, happy day!
