Last night I was feeling extra munchy. Throughout this pregnancy I have been craving sweet foods, not necessarily unhealthy foods, just sweet. So fruit has been my go to snack. Last night I came up with a little frozen fruit treat. I was not planning on posting it on this blog, but my husband said, "you have to take a picture and post it, this is very good!" He is a pretty good judge. So here is the recipe:
Frozen Fruit Treat
2 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen blueberries
3 large tbsp of yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 tsp agave nectar
This would also make a very tasty popsicle. A great treat for kids!

Chocolate Sauce
A few people were asking about how they could make a chocolate sauce with the chocolate mix. So here is a very simple and delicious recipe. Also try spreading this healthful chocolate sauce on crackers, or even with almond butter and toast.
Chocolate Sauce
4 tbsp chocolate mix
4 tbsp pure maple syrup (honey or agave will also work)
2 tbsp flax oil*
*Flax oil is full of omega-3 fatty acids, so it is great for you!
